Motivation
Most kids would probably feel pressured after hearing/reading this, but to me, this is motivation to do well, and not just go through the motions, and most of all makes me feel loved:

Chacha's email to you makes me think he still sees us as those little kids back in the day when he was living in Bako, going to college and we were like 5-7 year old "sweetie pies." It's nice to know someone thinks of us as kids. Maybe having someone view as kids helps keep "the kid" in us alive (which is a good thing).
Crazy, huh? I guess, perhaps we'll always see Safi as a little kid even when she's all grown up, too.
